Respected Sir,
I want to draw your attention towards the increasing number of students joining the school based on the increase in intake capacity sanctioned and the completion of our school building. Many of these students are electing to take computer related subjects as electives.
Our Computer laboratory presently has only 35 computers. It is estimated that in the next academic session starting in April 20XX, the school will require 25 new computers for the Computer laboratory to cater to the increasing number of students electing to take computer courses. Thus, with 60 computers in total, we will be able to conduct three laboratory sessions simultaneously with 20 computers in each.
You are therefore requested to release the necessary funds so that the 25 new computers may be bought before the new academic session starts in April 20XX.
